• If the products are ordinary with neutral package and the factory has them in stock, we can accept any quantity; if the factory does not have enough stocks, we can accept quantity like 300~500 pcs.

• Sometimes for ordinary products, we can add your order to the factory's big order, so they can be produced together. Then, a small quantity like 100~300 pcs is acceptable.

• If the products are customized per your design and new tooling is required, the factory can ask a MOQ of 500~1000 pcs for new production.

• We have established a database of over 1000 verified suppliers in China. For your inquiries, we will search in the list to see if there is a suitable match.

• If there is not a good match in the list, we will firstly find out the industrial clusters of your products, like electronics in Shenzhen, furniture in Foshan, kitchenware in Zhongshan, handbag in Quanzhou, etc. Then, we search for the right factory in that area depending on your requirements.

• Suppliers on Alibaba can be factories, wholesalers, traders, and middlemen. You may find hundreds of prices for the same product. So, it is very hard to judge who they are and what they truly offer by checking their websites.

• In fact, without taking quality and service into consideration, you can always find a lower price if you keep searching. However, experienced importers know that some prices are too good to be true as they have had lots of costly lessons.

Some customers may face an embarrassing question that the delivery charge is higher than the value of goods. How can you do? Here we offer two

suggestions.

Firstly, purchasing more items instead of small quantities. Since our company helps source many kinds of goods, you can ask your friends or others to share the delivery charge if they have plan to buy things from China.

Secondly, if the quantity is small and you really can't find someone to share the charge with you, we suggest you to buy in your domestic market. After all, the domestic price may be less than what you pay for buying from China cause the retailers to import big quantities one time.

Yes, we can help you consolidate goods from all your suppliers and load into the same containers. We have the most professional loading teams whoknow how to load containers well to avoid damage and save container space.

We won't specify which suppliers you need to buy from. You can choose any suppliers in the shopping malls and factories. However, if you don't have some good suppliers on hand, we can suggest to you for reference. Moreover, we will let you know which suppliers are good, which are bad if we cooperated with them before.

Yes, normally shopping malls and centers are open on Saturday and Sunday all year round. Only close during Chinese New Year. They open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

If you plan to visit the factories directly, they normally don't work on Sundays and some national legal days. You need to book their time before visiting if coming on those days.

Both USD and RMB cash are accepted for Chinese suppliers. But cards are only suitable for some big shopping centers. For more detailed information please click here.

If you buy for wholesale,7days will be great because you can visit more suppliers for comparison.

If you buy for home use or projects,4 to 5 days are ok. Some customers like shopping for some bags, clothes, and shoes as gifts for their families and friends after procurement. Then one or two more days will be perfect.

Normally it takes 30 or more days for production. Plus the shipping time,we suggest reserving at least 3 months waiting for the products to your home or warehouse. 

Before coming to China, it will be better to ask us whether the schedule is ok in case any holidays.There are two long vacations in China which are not good to come. 

Chinese New Year

It does not come on a certain date but usually comes by the end of January or beginning of February. Many shopping malls are close about 2 weeks. For most factories, the workers have about one-month vacation because they come back to hometown. That means you have to wait a longer time for production. It is not a good idea coming to China during this period.

Chinese National Holiday

From 1st to 7th October are Chinese National Holiday. Though the shipping malls are open, many other companies don't work during this period. People are off and go out to travel. Without a doubt, the trafic is not good while the hotel is more expensive. 

Besides the above two big vocations, there are still small vocations such as Mid Autumn Day Festival, L abour Day, Tomb Sweeping Day and so on. Most people used to have 2~3 days off but markets & shops are still open. It is not a very big problem for a business visit.
