- Create a specification document: If you are already selling the product that you intend to buy from China, then you must have a readily available specification with you. However, if you intend to buy another product, then it is necessary that you prepare detailed technical specifications for the product.

4. Negotiation

However, if there is any issue, which is worth complaining then you must immediately report it to your supplier.

b. Inventory management
